Jeep Wrangler Red Rock Concept Inspired by Easter Jeep Safari Event
There may be no larger celebration of all things Jeep than the annual Easter Jeep Safari event, held every year in Moab. In 2016, the event will celebrate its 50th anniversary, and has unveiled the Jeep Wrangler Red Rock concept in celebration at this year’s SEMA. The rough and rugged concept takes its inspiration directly from Moab’s fascinating red rock landscapes.
Bold, intimidating, and capable, the Jeep Wrangler Red Rock concept is based on the already hardcore Hard Rock Wrangler Rubicon, but adds even more aftermarket parts, both from Mopar and other companies, to create the roughest, toughest, and most capable rock-climbing Jeep yet.
According to gizmag.com, some of those additions include 35-inch BF Goodrich KO2 all-terrain tires, a two-inch lift, LED headlamps, a Warn Rubicon winch, a set of 17-inch beadlock wheels, a Jeep-branded CB radio, front and rear differential covers, and a custom interior finish with Amaretto Brown leather and silver stitching.
“The annual Easter Jeep Safari remains one of the most significant events on any Jeep enthusiast’s calendar. We’re extremely grateful to the Red Rock 4-Wheelers for continuing this iconic Jeep event, and we present our Wrangler Red Rock Concept as a tribute to them and the enthusiasts who attend the annual Jeep Safari and support our brand,” stated Mike Manley, Head of the Jeep Brand.
Jeep will produce just 50 units of the Jeep Wrangler Red Rock, which will become available to some very lucky buyers next year. Stop by Sierra Motors Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to learn more, and to test drive any of our exciting and capable Jeep vehicles!
